On September 17, 2025, the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation and the Vinnytsia regional development Agency signed a Memorandum of cooperation and a joint action Plan. The document was signed by Yuliana Onishchuk, CEO & Founder of the foundation, and Yelyzaveta Savchuk, the Agency’s director.
The Memorandum envisions the development of partnership initiatives in the areas of community support, strengthening energy resilience, and implementing innovative solutions in Vinnytsia region.
The key areas of cooperation include:
promoting sustainable and regional development;
supporting energy security of communities;
attracting investment in renewable energy;
raising community and citizen awareness on energy efficiency;
sharing experience, conducting trainings, roundtables, and consultations.
“Collaboration between the fund and communities is an opportunity to create real change on the ground. The construction of solar stations for social and critical infrastructure enables community residents to continue learning, access medical care, and have water supply even during emergency outages. And our free Solar Step course for women contributes to strengthening Ukraine’s human capital,” said Yuliana Onishchuk. “Working with the Vinnytsia regional development Agency will help scale up the foundation’s initiatives, reinforce the region’s energy resilience, and open new opportunities for citizens’ professional growth.”
The joint action Plan outlines a step-by-step implementation over five months — from the initial meeting and priority setting to piloting projects and evaluating results.
“We are confident that joining efforts with the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation will provide new momentum for the development of Vinnytsia communities and ensure their energy resilience,” emphasized Yelyzaveta Savchuk.
