The Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation has published its 2025 Annual Report, which highlights the foundation's key operational results, implemented projects, and their impact on Ukrainian communities.
The year 2025 became a period of scaling up solutions for the foundation, helping critical infrastructure operate even amid war and energy threats.
Throughout the year, the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation installed 14 hybrid solar power plants for critical infrastructure facilities, secured over 1 million euros in funding and equipment, and implemented educational initiatives to develop the next generation of renewable energy professionals.
One of the year's key achievements was the launch of the Solar Step program, which enabled 51 women to acquire a new profession in the solar energy sector.
As of early 2026, the foundation has implemented 36 projects across 11 regions of Ukraine, with the total capacity of installed solar power plants reaching approximately 1,527 kW.
"Today, energy means more than just light. It means the ability to perform surgeries, keep intensive care units running, sustain the lives of newborns, maintain uninterrupted educational processes, and preserve the functioning of communities," noted CEO & Founder of the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation Yuliia Onyshchuk.
The annual report also presents the results of the foundation's key programs: "100 Solar Schools," "50 Solar Hospitals," "Solar Water Utilities," as well as its educational and social initiatives.
A separate section is dedicated to the foundation's transparency: the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation successfully passed an independent audit, confirming that its financial reporting complies with international standards.
The full version of the Annual Report is available on the foundation's website.
