The Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation is launching a partnership with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), supported by Norway. The collaboration will provide a medical facility in southern Ukraine with a modern hybrid solar power station.
The station will combine solar generation with backup power, enabling the hospital to operate without interruption even amid energy instability caused by ongoing russian shelling.
The Norwegian Refugee Council is an international humanitarian organization operating in more than 40 countries worldwide, providing assistance to people affected by conflicts and crises. Their expertise and support have been a powerful driver in implementing important energy initiatives in Ukraine.
This partnership is an investment in patient safety, the uninterrupted work of medical staff, and a future where energy works for people.
