Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation won the National Competition “Charitable Ukraine-2024” as part of the regional stage “Charitable Kyiv Region–2024.” The foundation took first place in the “Platform of good” nomination.
The award ceremony took place on July 31, 2025, in Kyiv, bringing together representatives of leading charitable organizations, philanthropists, and volunteers of the region under one roof. The winners were selected in 27 competition categories. In particular, the “Platform of good” nomination honors organizations that provided charitable assistance throughout 2024 to address pressing social issues.
“For our team, this recognition is proof that we are moving in the right direction: we help communities become energy independent, run an educational course for children on sustainable development, and are launching a retraining project for women in the field of solar energy. We not only help Ukrainians ‘stand strong’ today — we are laying the foundation for a sustainable, safe, and happy tomorrow. But none of these steps would be possible without teamwork, the support of our partners, and the trust of the people,” said Yuliana Onishchuk, CEO & Founder of the Foundation.
This is the second consecutive award for the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation in the competition organized by the Association of Philanthropists of Ukraine. In 2024, the foundation received an award in the nomination “Charity in the field of ecology and environmental protection.”
We are proud to be among the best.
