Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation is launching a partnership with the Kyiv School of Public Administration named after Serhiy Nyzhnyy (KSPA). The school has become the educational partner for the upcoming cohorts of the Solar Step project.

Solar Step is an educational project that offers women free training to become solar power plant construction project managers. The programme helps expand women's economic opportunities, build the energy sector's workforce, and support Ukraine's green and sustainable recovery.

The project already has a track record. Enrolment for the first cohort opened last autumn. In March, 2026 51 women received certificates of completion.

Now Solar Step is entering a new phase. The Foundation and KSPA will run further intakes for the free course "Project Management in Solar Power Plant Construction."

The Foundation has hands-on experience in implementing solar projects. The school brings strong expertise in systematic education. Together, they will equip participants with not only up-to-date knowledge but also the skills employers in the sector need.

Registration for the course will open soon. The Foundation will announce it separately through its official channels.
