A solar plant with energy storage systems was put into operation at Chernihiv Secondary School № 19

A solar station with electricity storage systems with a total capacity of 20 kW was installed on the school's roof. These systems provide an independent power supply for the school for up to 4 hours when the primary source of electricity is turned off. From now on, 20% of the school's annual energy consumption will be provided by solar energy.

Ukrainian World Congress and Energize Ukraine provided financial donations for the project implementation. 

Menlo Electric provided solar panels.

FoxEss Polska provided inverters and energy storage.

  • Inverter equipment — 2 pc

  • Lithium-iron-phosphate batteries — 16 pcs.
